SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and South African public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Pre-order, personalised or made-to-order products may require additional production time. The estimated timeframe will be shown on the relevant product page.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY — SOUTH AFRICA

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

• Standard delivery: R100 — estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Express delivery: R150 — estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch
• Free standard delivery: Orders of R770 or more

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and dispatched. Remote or outlying areas may require additional time.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive the tracking details by email after dispatch. Please ensure your email address, telephone number and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

SPLIT DELIVERIES

Orders containing different products may arrive in separate parcels or on different dates. You will not be charged additional delivery fees unless clearly stated before checkout.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Courier delays caused by severe weather, public holidays, service disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times. We will assist with tracking and courier enquiries wherever possible.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Additional courier charges caused by an incorrect address may be payable by the customer.

DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us promptly at mphodlamini73@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where possible.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery is not currently available. We will update this policy when international shipping is activated.
